Toy loaning
Members can hire toys, books and videos for three weeks at a time. If anything catches your eye during a play session, or from the catalogue at the front desk, a member of staff can lend it to you there and then.
All toys cost £1 to hire, except large or outdoor toys which are £4. Parenting books are £1, and children’s books are free.

Imaginary play
Jigsaws
Language and literacy
Matching and sorting
Maths
Music
Outdoor toys
Sand toys
Water toys
You can even hire a crate to take them all away!
Overdue items can be renewed by calling 020 8509 3401 or emailing manager@walthamstowtoylibrary.org, otherwise there is a £1 charge.
