May Fair

Our famous May Fair is happening again this year on Sunday
12 May.  Every penny we raise helps to keep the Toy Library open, and we
need our members' help to make sure it is as big a success as last year.

Could you…

Volunteer on the day? Spare a few hours to help
sell books, hook a duck, or help with the tombola? Any amount of time
gratefully received, from one to five hours.

Bake a cake? Big cakes, little cakes, tray bakes, cup cakes… Make us
something lovely to sell at the fair. Last
year the cake stall made over £300!

Donate a tombola prize? Booze, food, unwanted gifts, toys… all gratefully received.
Pop them into the toy library before 12 May.

Give us your unwanted clothes, books, CDs and DVDs  – as well as plants – for our various
fundraising stalls?

Or just

Display a May Fair poster in your window (we can email you a
PDF)? or send it to all your friends?

If you'd like to get involved, please call 020 8509 3401 or
email us at committee@walthamstowtoylibrary.org
